| Details: | The operator called NCPHD to discuss violation #900700434 (Monthly GW Compliance Report Late/Non-reporting). I explained that the February report was considered incomplete but since the March report has already been reported in full, the water system is eligible for RTC. Additionally, I discussed with the operator regarding violations #900700429 and #900700430 (Initial SL Inventory Late/Non-reporting and Public Notice Late/Non-reporting). The operator explained that they have been trying to get a qualified DRC in place before starting the service line inventory task and that it is a high priority for them. |
