| Details: | Amity was issued violation ID 903229605 on 3-18-26 for not sampling uranium between 1-1-20 and 12-31-25 (sampling for uranium was last completed on 6-13-18 (received 6-29-18)). The 2018 sample was non-detect and qualified Amity for a reduction in uranium sampling from once every 6 years to once every 9 years. I emailed Nathan Frarck on 5-2-26 requesting that they sample for uranium as soon as possible and about the uranium monitoring reduction. Amity was also issued violation ID 903229604 on 3-18-26 for not sampling gross alpha and radium 226/228 between 1-1-17 and 12-31-25 (sampling for both gross alpha and radium 226/228 was last completed 12-30-25 and received late on 1-30-26). On 5-2-26 I submitted a request to DWS compliance to return the gross alpha/radium violation back to compliance effective 1-30-26 and begin the new 9-year schedule for uranium on 1-1-26. | ||
