| Details: | Discussed the progress the system was making on correcting the deficiencies listed on the last water survey. The system is at deadline. 1) The sealing of the reservoir and vent screening has been delayed due to weather. 2) Flap valve has not been installed at this time. 3) Confirmation / investigation of the old Spring overflow inter tie with new over flow/ drain needs to be completed. After discussion with operator it was agreed that the system could complete these tasks with a 1 month extension. NCPHD is expecting that all major deficiencies be corrected by 6-23-2019 |
