| Details: | I contacted Ms. Young on 5/16/18 and discussed recent violations related to the system score which is currently at 9, and possible consequences of higher system scores. I advised to sample for nitrate in June, take a source (coliform) sample this year, as well as routine coliform monthly. Also discussed the need for a reduction in current residual disinfection levels which was 3.10ppm in May 2018 coliform sample. | ||
