| Details: | Spoke with the Operator, Steve Premsingh, about the E.coli alert on 5/29/19, reminding him to take the required repeat samples. On 5/30/19 I made a field visit with the operator to explain NOT to shock/chlorinate the well but to take the 3 repeat samples and 1 source sample immediately. The DWP E.coli letter was provided to the operator. He stated he had 4 bottles at his store and would take the samples today. We discussed proper sampling procedures and to refer to the instructions with his bottles as well. He stated he would take the samples today, 5/30/19. | ||
