| Details: | I spoke to Pastor Kupfer on 5/31 about the recent positive sample results. We discussed repeat testing and a triggered source sample. I told him to wait until I got further information from the Springfield office. The new well replacing the e-coli confirmed well came on-line last week. There is also a new 2,000 gallon storage tank. Shawn Stevenson left me a voice mail 5/30 regarding the alert but I was not available. I received an e-mail from Abbie Spielman on 5/31 regarding a Level 2 investigation being triggered and not seeing assessment sampling occurring since January. We spoke on Friday afternoon and I brought her up to speed about the system. We agreed that repeat sampling would not be helpful in this situation and that shock chlorination should occur followed with a distribution sample. I spoke to Pastor Kupfer on 6/1 and we discussed shock chlorination. He indicated he would start that on Monday 6/3. I need to follow up with Zack Golic regarding plan review approvals. I need to speak with Shawn Stevenson about removal of the boil water notice. |
