| Details: | I called the system via phone and contacted an employee in the tasting room on 5/27/19. I requested to speak with Chris Sarver, but Mr. Sarver was not available. I called the system again on 5/29/19 via phone and contacted an employee in the tasting room. I informed the employee of the positive coliform result and requested to speak with Chris Sarver, but Mr. Sarver was not available. I sent an email to Chris Sarver and informed Mr. Sarver of the requirement to obtain 3 repeat samples, 1 triggered source sample, and 3 temporary routine samples in June, 2019. The email also included a link to the system's SDWIS profile, specifically the Sampling Schedule for Coliform page. | ||
