Attempted to call Mr. Garton by telephone regarding their recent TCR sample but the call continually would not go through. As a result, the regulator mailed a letter stating the following:

Subject: Water Quality ALERT: COLI18876 MT EMILY WATER ASSOCIATION

Dear Mr. Garton

My department was forward the results of your 05/29/2019 water sample testing positive for coliform. I have attempted to contact you via 541-963-1632, but this telephone number does not go through. Please contact my office to update me of an alternate telephone number.

During this week, please provide
• Three repeat water samples with one of the samples being the kitchen sink positive site
• One source sample

Also, the state is also asking for you to provide three additional Temporary Routine coliform samples during the month of June.
