| Details: | I emailed Chris Sarver and informed Mr. Sarver that a Level 1 investigation form will be mailed to the system. I also directed Mr. Sarver to send me the completed form. A single positive result was obtained from a hose bib sample. I reviewed aseptic sampling technique, including flaming the hose bib with a lighter and flushing the fixture prior to obtaining a sample. | ||
