| Details: | Complaint received from property owner next to Western Hills who says water is leaking from a valve existing on the property. Spoke with park manager at Western Hills. They have an easement to maintain the line which crosses the property, but have been unable to conduct routine maintenance there for the past year and a half since the complainant purchased the property due to the complainant not allowing access to the property. Complainant has allegedly conducted grading and construction activities in the area of the easement as well. Working to provide easement documents to complainant and park manager to clarify the rights to access the property to conduct maintenance and fix this leak.
