| Details: | An extension to the BCA was mailed to the water system in mid-May, but had not yet been returned, so I phoned. Daniel Horner said he forgot about it at the board meeting last week. He will go to president Ed Dyment's house and get it signed and returned to DWS by the end of this week. The extension has a new deadline of July 31, 2019 for the installation of all water treatment facilities. Meanwhile, tomorrow Daniel and the water system's engineer Rob Henry (of HBH Engineering) and their newly selected contractor David Funderburk (of Quality Water Systems) will meet on site to discuss installing the treatment system. Daniel hopes to get a start date from the contractor at that time. |
