| Details: | I received a phone call from Gene of a routine total coliform positive collected on Tuesday, May 15th. Repeat and triggered source water samples will be collected on Thursday, May 17th. Gene will notify me of which wells were in use at the time of the coliform positive. Follow up with Gene once sample results are available to determine if further action is needed. On 5/17 Gene emailed list of wells in use when the coliform positive occurred: SRC-AA (China Hat 1), SRC-AB (China Hat 2), SRC-IA (Deschutes River Woods Well 1), SRC-GB (Tekampe Well B), SRC-HA (Parrell Rd Well) and SRC-KA (Roats Well 10). On 5/21 Gene emailed to inform me the triggered source samples from the wells were all coliform absent. | ||
