| Details: | Site visit to verify approved water well(Desc 6486). A new well pump has been installed in 6586 and is reconnected to restaurant building. The neighbors well is physically disconnected. Coliform sample taken 6/4/2019 absent and nitrate on same date 1.1 mg/L. Restaurant re-opened 3pm 6/4. Continued monthly coliform samples until further notice. | ||
