| Details: | The operator stated the tests taken 5/28/19 and 6/7/2019 and called "outside faucet" were the sample faucet inside the well house at the wellhead. These should be considered source tests. The operator called the lab to have these changed and the lab changed the test on 6/7/2019 to an assessment test at the well. According to the operator the sample on 6/7/19 was also supposed to be a special test to determine if the shock/chlorination worked. After consulting with the Drinking Water Program, I spoke to the operator 6/14/19 stating 5 confirmation source tests would be required by 6/18/19. I told the operator not to shock to well and he stated he wouldn't and would take the 5 tests. |
