Details:	I spoke with Mr. Degner regarding the city exceeding the lead action level of 0.015 mg/L in the May 2019 distribution tap samples. I emailed him the rule citation and outlined the public education materials and delivery requirements. The due date to deliver PE materials to customers is August 29, 2019. The Multnomah County Health Department was also notified. Action item: Follow up with city on completion and delivery of materials and additional monitoring requirements.
