| Details: | Ms. Duarte, the operator of this system, contacted me on May 4, 2018 requesting the system be activated. On May 17, 2018 she contacted me again requesting deactivation until June 2018 due to repairs necessary before serving water. She requested assurance the system would not incur a violation during May 2018. I contacted Brad Daniels on May 17 and he immediately deactivated the system until further notice (June 2018 is expected). This system has been inactive since 2012 with the exception of the brief period in May 2018 described above. No water was served during this time in May 2018. |
