| Details: | Viol Num 2331915 and Viol Num 2331914: On 06.10.2019, I called Ms. Catherine Herbage and spoke to her assistant (Sharon). Sharon informed me that Riverview Village was sold in September 20th, 2018. She provided contact information for the new owner Mr. Rick Harkey. On 06.12.19, I contacted Mr. Herkey. He provided contact information for the water system operator onsite (Mr. Zed Carpenter). Mr.Herkey informed me via email that Mr. Carpenter would be collecting the yearly nitrate and a routine sample for the second quarter of this year. Samples will be collected sometime next week and taken to Curry Health Hospital so the Lab Currier can pick them up. On 06.17.19, I sent an Email to SDWIS to have them update the contact information for this water system. |
