| Details: | I spoke with Steve Erickson about his progress through plan review since corrective action on the deficiency is scheduled due June 30th, 2019. The system is nearly complete with the plan review process and approval seems likely. The system was sent a letter from James Nusrala of Drinking Water Services on 5/28/19 giving conditional approval to the second well. Steve indicated that he is actively working to address all conditions enumerated in that letter and expects to be completed with the last one in short order. I am adding some days to the corrective action schedule for the deficiency. The new compliance date for correcting the lack of approval on the major modification (new well) is now July 15th, 2019 |
