| Details: | Talked with Todd Brooks at the City of Drain and he explained that on 6/17/2019 the line at the chlorine feed pump broke. The problem was fixed in less than 4 hours. The chlorine residual was measured in the distribution system and was 0.8 mg/l at the first tank. All water that went into the distribution system had a chlorine residual. System will be following up with a Tier 2 public notice. | ||
