| Details: | Janeen called to inform me that Ian Stromquist recently met with members of the Snowshoe Club and Crag Rats regarding water use at the Cloud Cap Inn. The groups offered a plan to temporarily continue using water for sanitary and hand washing purposes only with continued signage for no drinking or boiling of the water. Janeen said that Ian believed the plan might be acceptable and that the groups will draft a letter to DWS formally presenting the idea. I stated that if access to hand washing continues for a period of months or a year, that DWS may still address the situation with a formal compliance agreement to be consistent in addressing all unresolved significant deficiencies. | ||
