Details: Today contact was made with the operator of the facility via phone followed by an email. The firm recently submitted a completed level 1 investigation and indicated that they might be installing a chlorinator treatment to their system. It was discussed that the firm will be required to undergo plan review for the installation of a chlorinator. Plan review information was emailed to the facility operator.
