| Details: | Violations No. 901756135 and 901756130. Source Assessment Sample - Late/Nonreporting On 06.20.19 Emailed the operator reminding him to collect an AS sample for 2019. This sample is collected prior to treatment. Advised operator to please ensure no chlorine is added to the well prior to collecting the sample. Informed operator that pouring chlorine down the well on a regular basis is not an acceptable practice by the DWS. Doing this may deteriorate pumping equipment and also mask any existing bacteriological problem at the source. |
