Details: Caller states that contractors for City of Florence are not installing sewer lines per OAR 340-052 Appendix A Figure A-1. Caller states that portions of parallel sewer lines are placed in zone 4 (prohibited) and crossings with water under sewer are not centered between water line joints. Referred caller to DEQ as this scenario is their jurisdiction.
