| Details: | 1) They have not yet signed and returned the BCA extension letter that DMCE mailed (and emailed) out in mid-May. That agreement would have extended the SW treatment installation deadline to July 31. I spoke to their contractor (David Funderburk) yesterday about another matter, and heard that his schedule is very busy. If it will take a month to order and receive the supplies for the Bridge WD project, the contractor will not likely have time to get it installed by July 31. So I suggested that Daniel check in with his contractor and propose a new installation completion date for the BCA extension. Daniel said he would do so and send a request to compliance officer Brad Daniels for a new date. If Brad accepts the new date, he would likely re-issue the BCA extension letter with the new date and send it again to Daniel Horner and the Water District board president to return. 2) In Data Online, it appeared Bridge WD had not submitted any surface water treatment report for May. Daniel said he submitted it - late, on June 14 - and provided me the auto-reply email. I will forward that to DMCE to check on the report's entry. |
