Details:	Christian informed me of several complaints of low/no water coming from the customers served on Deal Rd as well as residents in the park. The property owner mentioned in previous contact reports is still not allowing access to fix the leak. A travel trailer is still parked over the valve existing on his property. Water had to be cut off from customers on Deal road (5 households) and 10 residents within the park in order to stop water loss from the ongoing leak. BOIL WATER NOTICE MUST BE ISSUED FOR THOSE CUSTOMERS.
