| Details: | The city had switched to using their backup well source while EPA's divers were conducting the investigation and removal of submerged drums in Wallowa Lake. Levi called to ask if it was OK to switch back to using the treatment plant as the chlorinator at the well was having problems. Based on the divers' findings that all of the submerged drums were not intact and now contained lake water, I gave Levi the OK to resume using the treatment plant. | ||
