| Details: | I called Jill Ms. Snow because the water system is considered a priority non-complier and DWS is required to take formal enforcement action. I realized there are two distinct water systems at the lodge and the other is operated without violations in comparison to this system so I called to verify there isn't some sort of miscommunication regarding monitoring and reporting. Based on the conversation, it does seem that this system was merely overlooked while conducting monitoring at the other system. Ms. Snow assured me the nitrate monitoring would be conducted immediately and the surface water operating reports would be reported. | ||
