| Details: | Spoke with Jared Mast today about the TC+ results from repeat samples taken on 6/20/2019. I emailed a level 1 investigation form for him to fill out. Told Jared he has 30 days to fill in the form and return it to me. Jared thinks the problem is the locations he is taking the samples at (in the restroom sinks) has screens on the faucets and he cannot figure out how to remove them. In the future he will either sample from a different location or find a way to remove the screens. I also told him that he will just need to take his routine monthly sample next month (July). | ||
