| Details: | Yesterday I was provided a handwritten letter from the operator, Neil Reynolds, to Sarah Schwab with ODA. The letter described the facility's plans for the future drilling of a new well as well as installation of a UV treatment system. Today a phone call was made to the system operator and a voicemail was left regarding requirements to undergo plan review. In addition, an email was sent to the owner's son regarding the requirement for undergoing plan review prior to construction of a new well and/or installation of a UV treatment system. | ||
