| Details: | The Blue River water District was found to be deficient on several parts of the sanitary survey done by Lane County The current issues are: • No Operations and maintenance manual. • No Emergency response plan. • No Coliform sampling plan. • The annual consumer confidence report has not been submitted to the State database. • No cross connection ordinance or enabling authority and no cross connection annual summary reports have been submitted since 2000. Uppon meeting with Laura Roman on 1/14/2019 it was determined that everything except the operations and maintenance manual would be the only part that the community would need help completing. This will require another circuit rider request, and a template for the operations and maintenance manual will be created.
