Details:	The water system contact wishes to have the circuit rider come out and assist in obtaining funding for system upgrades. Dan Vaage attending a meeting at the Port of the Dalles office with representatives from the water system and Business Oregon on 01/04/2019. Continued support in coordination with state agencies and assisting water system with obtaining funding. Received request to help with specific funding application based on preliminary meeting.
