| Details: | Country Club Estates operates a treatment facility serving 17 home sites approximately 5 miles south of the city of Coos Bay Oregon. Water supply comes from Coos Bay North Bend Water supply and is gravity fed through piping under the Isthmus Slough approximately 6,000 feet prior to being chlorinated and pumped into a series of tanks which supply the system’s users. The water receives chlorine disinfection and filtration which requires a .5 log inactivation CT. OHA representative Betsy Parry requested additional information and edits be provided for the previous tracer study report CR5. 1-2-19 – 1-18-19; Edits and additional information per the request were supplied and revised report was emailed to Betsy Parry and the water system DRC. |
