| Details: | The system is in need to transition from surface water to a ground water source. OHA is strongly recommended this change. The reason is the water system doesn’t have a certified operator to operate the treatment facilities. Groundwater is deemed more efficient and easier to operate. The system needed funding application support and general project guidance. A Letter of Intent (LOI) was submitted to OHA and the Co-op is now waiting to hear about funding. Business Oregon LOI was prepared. |
