| Details: | This support request is around water treatment equipment and it’s impact on water quality. The city of Cave Junction has the ability to add pretreatment to the water treatment process since their facility was built with almost all of the hardware and equipment to pretreat with chlorine. But they never installed the pump to the system and this system was not activated. The city is seeing issues in the water quality and is wondering if they put in the pretreatment system into service whether it will help. HECO reached out to the Cave Junction staff via phone, but was never contacted back. City of Cave Junction needs to make another technical assistance request if they need further assistance. |
