| Details: | Total Microcystins were detected at 0.31 ug/L in Lyons Mehama's routine every-two-week raw water sample collected Mon. 6/24/19. As a result, monitoring of the raw water has been increased to weekly. An entry point (finished water) must be collected within 1 business day and entry point monitoring continue weekly going forward. DEQ Lab notified the system that a sample must be collected from the entry point and sent to the lab Thur. 6/27. UPDATE: DEQ reported 6/28 that the entry point sample arrived over temp and in the incorrect container. A makeup sample will be collected today 6/28, frozen over the weekend, and shipped next Monday 7/1. UPDATE2: DEQ reported 7/8 that the entry point sample collected 6/28 was non-detect for total Microcystins. | ||
