| Details: | All 5 samples received 6/19/19 were E.coli positive. A meeting was setup with the operatorby phone 6/20/19 to discuss the results and options in person with Zach Golik and Shawn Stevenson on 6/27/19. The well log Linn1544 may not be correct since that was a deep 125' well. This facility is using an above ground pump and thus the well depth may be shallow. City water may be at the street. The operator will assess this option with the city and get back to me if they plan to move forward. Other options discussed included hauled water and correcting the setback issue and deepening the well. The previous public notice was updated with the operator, posted, and e-mailed to compliance. |
