Details:	The contact(Tim) for the site suspected that the positive sample had been accidentally contaminated during collection. The sample site was not disinfected prior to sampling. The contact is consulting with his laboratory services to verify that repeat samples will be properly collected. Repeat samples are being collected (4 total 1 from the source and 3 from the distribution), and will be submitted this afternoon.
