| Details: | Received alert for total coliform positive result from a routine sample collected on 6/28/19. Spoke with Cody. Reviewed sampling procedure. Cody had not removed the aerator screen, did not flush the tap before collecting the sample, and had set the cap down on the counter, which could account for the positive result. Reviewed requirements for three repeat samples and a source sample. The source sample collection is problematic as the spring box is not conveniently located. | ||
