Details: A routine sample was taken on June 28th.
On July 1st an Alert was generated because the test was positive for total coliform.
I contacted Ray Fordyce by phone on July 2nd. He was in the process of collecting more samples.
It was confirmed that he would be collecting:
  • 3 Repeat Samples
    • and
  • 1 Triggered Source Sample

We discussed testing methodology and I provided a Level 1 investigation form to help Ray determine possible reasons for the positive sample.
