| Details: | Following the June 28th total coliform positive, a July 1st repeat sample was also positive. A level 1 investigation was completed in December of 2018. At this time rule requires a level 2 investigation performed by a staff member. This firm is scheduled this year for a Water System Survey. The investigation and survey will occur on July 10th, 2019. Raymond intends to shock the well and distribution system prior to the survey and investigation. |
