| Details: | I spoke with Caitlin today about a total coliform positive sample collected on July 2nd. Due to the holiday and lab closure, repeat and source samples could not be collected until today. Well #1 (SRC-AA) was the only source in use at the time of the coliform positive sample. I informed her results were due by July 13th. She asked about requirement to install disinfection due on May 8, 2019. The storage tank was cleaned early in the year and was thought to be the source of coliform bacteria in the distribution system. There are also plans to modify the properties that the water system serves. Caitlin will notify North Central Public Health Department when the follow up sample results are available to determine if further action is needed. |
