Details:	Spoke to Darrel about ongoing coliform issues. System was recently switched over to an unapproved well on the property because of the coliform issues. I explained that the well would need to go through plan review first and to switch back to the approved well. Darrel said they would switch back. System was shocked after the first positives in April '19. A leak in the distribution lines was also located and repaired. I asked Darrel to shock the system again and this time to include the distribution system. He said he would do that this week and then take confirmation samples.
