Details:	Spoke with Karen about the arsenic detection. WS is monitoring quarterly and is under a bilateral compliance agreement to install arsenic treatment. Karen said she just issued their CCR and included an update about the arsenic treatment plan to keep customers informed. WS to continue quarterly monitoring and comply with BCA action deadlines.
