| Details: | Number on file directed me to the Auction's Hotline (which was closed); Obtained Tom's number from Karen, an employee at Woodburn Auction restaurant. Spoke with Tom over the phone around 9:35am on 7/5/19. Tom mentioned someone spoke to his wife about the Alert but he was unsure on where the additional samples must be taken. Discussed sampling in three different locations along the distribution and taking a triggered source sample. Also discussed removing aerator and flushing the tap before collecting the sample, Tom stated he left the aerator on the tap during the last sample. |
