| Details: | I was contacted about the recent repeat and triggered coliform results. I advised that a Level 1 Coliform Investigation is required due to a repeat sample being positive for TC. I emailed a copy of the letter from the State Drinking Water Services informing the system operator about the investigation; and I emailed a copy of the form to use for the investigation. Advised that the form needs to be completed within 30 days and sent to me for review. She indicated that the repeat positive sample had been filled above the line on the sample bottle. I advised to keep the sample level between the two lines on the bottle. | ||
