| Details: | Operator contacted me about the positive coliform test that was submitted on 7/10/19. He will be submitting one source and three distribution samples tomorrow. We discuss the problem as this system has residual maintenance chlorine disinfection. A new building has been recently constructed and he took this routine sample from this site. He believes that this new facility may not have been adequately flushed. | ||
