| Details: | Contact operator regarding the routine coliform samples submitted on 7/9/19 that tested positive for coliform. We discuss the sample sites for the three repeats and one source samples. I let her know that she did not have to submit a routine sample for the month of July only three temporary routine samples. We have schedule a phone call on Monday 7/15/19 at 1:00 pm to discuss the follow up procedures moving forward. She informs me the Nielson's laboratory reviewed with her sampling procedures. I confirm with her that she should flush the faucet for a full five minutes before sampling. | ||
