| Details: | Spoke with Colleen regarding source sample violation. She stated that she thought the company had come and completed all the samples, but she will check again. I told her to specifically make sure they do a source sample. Colleen was also informed that her level 1 investigation is due on July 26th. She stated that it is in the stack of mail that she hasn't went through yet. She will complete it and turn it in by the due date. | ||
