| Details: | Today a site visit was conducted. During the visit, contact was made with the operator/owner and the operator/owners son. The owner's son made a phone call to their well driller during the visit. It was stated that a hard copy of new well plans would be dropped off at the facility this afternoon. During the conversation, an agreement was made between the owner's son and the well driller to complete plan review and complete the drilling of the new well within 30 days. Owner understands that plans must be submitted to their plan review contact with Drinking Water Services prior to drilling the new well. | ||
