| Details: | Contacted the operator for this system to advise about the coliform positive test from the well. I did let him know that there is nothing he is required to do at this point. I recommended he inspect the well head to ensure that there are no sanitary hazards. I also inform him that three temporary repeat samples from the distribution are required sometime in the month of August. | ||
